π³πΏπ A perfectly diminutive garden store! π³πΏπ
A lovely miniature shed - made out of pine wood with cream walls and a light grey roof. It's quite a sturdy construction - it has a large door with a brass doorknob and a cute peaked roof. It was scratch built, most likely in a shed, and is really charming.
Great for putting small gardening tools in; secateurs, hand trowels, hairy string - though you'll struggle to get a lawnmower in it!
The porch looks like it's been repaired, some of the paint has cracked here and there and I should think it's previously been left outside. But, I think that just adds to its charm. The shed measures 13" tall, 9 1/2" wide and 8 1/2" deep.

πTiny cute owl! π
This tiny wee owl is made entirely out of miniature shells. With his head cocked to one side he's looking at us all askance!
He has a natty yellow scarf on, to keep out the cold, and has simply splendid orange feet. With his hooked beak and great big eyes he is the most inquisitive looking owl I have seen in some time!
He's a very wise little soul, probably looking for some books to read or a little bookshelf to sit on! Where would you put him in your house?

A rather beautiful original French wedding photo. I can only imagine what they must have felt when this was taken, surrounded by their friends and family. I've spent quite some time exploring the picture and spotting little features like the violinist and the tiny children plonked at the front!
Taken and framed in Poitiers, it's marked at the bottom with (I think) Maurice Couerat 25 Rue Carnot Poitiers.
The back of the photo has its original backing still, was fixed with newspapers of the period. The handwritten inscription on the back reads "LΓ©on BΓ©chΓ© Rachel Laurent 19" who could well be the family who commissioned the photographer.

This is so cute and adorable I'm having a bit of trouble parting with it.
A lovely little hand-painted Westie-Terrier adorns this simple plaque, with the words Leads & Things and two little hooks.
Not just for dog leads, but also keys and other hanging items, it will bring a smile to your face each time you use it.
There's not much to say, it's just so lovely and cute!

Summer is coming to an end, but if you have a little bar area in your house or garden, this charming handmade might be just the addition it needs to extend the season.
The poem begins "Bless This Pub" and continues with a wonderfully twee poem that is reminiscent of pubs and home bars of the mid-century.
Shed-made with love, it has a genuinely vintage feel and has likely graced many a celebratory toast. Maybe yours will be next?
The sign measures 14" tall, by 12.5" wide and a little over 1" deep and is wooden with a clear varnish and the letters picked out in black. The back has a length of string across the back so it can be hung apon your wall.
The full poem is in the link below.
Price is Β£34, with free UK delivery.

Oh to be away in the great outdoors and free in a caravan at the moment!
Whilst things are certainly getting better, I'm sure we're all feeling a bit trapped still. Not quite the same as the real thing, but this little caravan gives the mind a chance to escape into the wild.
Completely hand-made lovingly out of bits and pieces, I think this one dates around the 1990s as one of the boxes used in the construction has a barcode on it and these didn't come in until the late 1980s or 1990s, though you would assume it was older by the construction!
A wonderful handmade labour of love.

Just what you always wanted - boot protectors!
Well maybe not something you've always wanted, but this box of Blakey's boot protectors are a fun piece of history.
They're marked on the back "War Time Pack" so would from World War Two and contain a number of different shaped boot segs.
Segs were metal segments and were useful to prolong the life of regimental boots during the war. They're often found on RAF boots, but lots and lots of people wore boot protectors during the war as shoes and boots had to last a lot longer than they do now!
Some of the segs have got a little rusty, but the box is in quite nice condition, though it has been tucked away in a sewing box for 80 years. The packet is just 1 1/2" wide, 1 3/4" tall and 3/4" deep.
I hear there are guides on YouTube on how to add boot protectors to your boots should you wish π!
Free UK postage on all my items as well.

A lovely, rather sweet little lady is sheltering underneath an umbrella or parasol. She's wearing Edwardian dress and is made entirely from tiny shells!
Really quite charming, she would sit lovely on a little trinket shelf, miniature diorama or wherever your imagination takes you.

Love, Love, Love this amazing Victorian scrapbook!
It's t's filled with all sorts of imagery that has been cut out and stuck into the book. There are sailing ships, pretty girls, dogs in hats, Mr Punch, flowers by the bucket load, fans, fruit and even an elephant.
Utterly enchanting and oh so Victorian!

Gorgeous and wonderful! Large and wooden this is a handmade thimble or trinket display shelf made in the shape of a house. It has a lovely thatched roof and is painted white with a black door and windows. It's in the mock Tudor style and because of the size it feels more like a dollhouse than a display case!

Don't get the hump with this incredibly tactile Israeli wooden camal inkwell which dates to around the beginning of the 20th Century. The carved wood is olive and has been and varnished to give this glorious patina. It's been very nicely carved - you can see the details of the kneeling camel; his tail, the bit in his mouth, the ornate saddle and his face which looks like he's chewing something very interesting indeed.

I love this charming mid century enamel coffee or tea pot is Polish in origin and is a glorious rich cobalt blue colour and is hand decorated with flowers in the toleware fashion. This delicious teapot has a tapered shape and sharply angled spout.

I've just listed this lovely piece of costume jewellery from around the 1950s. Originally made as a souvenir for export, this is one of the famous pieces of mosaic or micro mosaic jewellery with a glorious mix coloured tesserae to make up an image of four flowers within a double border on a white metal brooch.
