Return to work after 7 months recovery from my broken shoulder 🙌

Unfortunately rushed in and never took the before pics 🙈🤣 eager to get going .

Ceilings and walls had been hard plastered and over the years alot of settlement cracks had formed , these were dug out and fibratape and appreciate fillers used to prevent re occurrence. Walls and ceilings were all machine sanded with the mirka dustless sander to make good for high end durable Matt products to cut down decoration time . It's good to be back 👌 .

Unfortunately I had a fall from pair of steps at work yesterday, which caused me to badly break my arm 🙈 6 to 10 weeks recovery time then physio , will be in touch regarding work i have booked in .

Almost there on what's been the most challenging job so far due to weather and logistics .
But hard work and determination has paid off 🙏.
Another 1 dry day should see the end .

External wash and spray :

All external was power washed using anti fungicidal wash to remove mould and discoloration prior to decoration . Render wash then sprayed white using trade masonry paint with window ledges , gutters , downpipes and door painted with a suitable trade paint in black satin .

8 Meadowbank Drive : Wellbank

A return to see one of my first customers 🐓 When Tricia called regarding a complete colour change on her exterior soffits , windows and doors etc with the plastic brown gutters and down pipes also being included .
Everything was painted using a high end trade paint Anthracite grey colour . Another happy customer and shall return to spray the conservatory soon to Anthracite grey to match .

Horton house , Rumbling bridge :

Anderson SC were in touch after they had hammer tested all render around this cracking house and removed and replaced all bossed render .
I then anti fungicidal washed all exterior render etc . Once dry I applied a stabilization solution to new render before spraying all the render with a high end white trade masonry paint , stone cappings were painted in anthracite grey to match windows and soffits . Huge job and was glad to get this over the line .

All exterior render was power washed using an anti fungicidal wash , once dry all render was sprayed then back rolled using a trade high end masonry paint , all black woodwork i.e soffits ,windows and doors were prepared to make good for x2 coats of a high end trade opaque finish .

This was a complete property renovation for a group of investors who buy and refurbish properties to make a quick flip .

Alot of sweat went into this with all existing old wall coverings being stripped by customer. All walls and ceilings were plastered by myself and lining paper was also applied where required to give the old rough bumpy lathe plaster a new fresh look 😁. The ceilings and walls were then sprayed with a durable white Matt (trade) with all woodwork being prepped and sanded with our Mirka system to give the woodwork new life and this was finished in a trade qaulity white satin . The beams in living room were painted then grained to give it a fresh timber look . Fireplace was prepared and t-washed then sprayed in black satin to complete . Think you will see the difference and another satisfied customer. 😁

This is another property belonging Jennifer 😁.
Love doing this clients properties as Jennifer is well known on the property front . As you can see by the lay out of this property.
All property was given a going over . A few areas of mould were present which was treated using appropriate wash and sealers ,with x2 coats of a durable Matt to match existing colour scheme .
With woodwork given x2 coats white satin to finish .

Full re decoration to Liz's cracking hall and vestibule entrance , the usual prep was done including full dustless sanding with the Mirka to remove alot of old roller marks to ceiling and walls before finish coats 😁.

Ceiling = x2 coats white perfect Matt

Walls =x2 clean extreme durable Matt of chosen colour .
Woodwork = x3 coats white Helmi satin.

Not posted in ages due to a never ending busy period.
Another complete spray job to do for Ian at Anderson's .
The interior had been plastered , I sprayed a diluted white contract Matt to seal plaster , then using the Mirka leros to sand all defects and fill where required .
Ceiling and walls sprayed with a white trade durable Matt with woodwork sprayed in helmi 30 white satin . 👍

This house was purchased and the decor was all very dated and walls and ceilings had existing woodchip and blown vinyls on them , these were stripped and walls and ceilings were spray plastered then sanded to make good for spraying of walls and ceilings with white satin woodwork , doors had a coat ofadhesion primer as they were an existing dark stai , to be sprayed white satin 👍 all done in a tight timescale , apologies as no before photos 🙈 . Another happy customer 😃

1 Kilnbank Lane. Kirriemuir

This was a large scale renovation of 2 cottages in Kirrie , they were completely stripped out to a shell and re boarded and high end finishings with no expense spared 😁. Another painter had Ames taped the cottage but this wasn't to a high standard so I was required apply a further flush to all taped joints , ceilings were sprayed white Matt , walls were finished in Timeless Matt and woodwork was finished in white satin all using high end trade paints .
Was so happy with outcome for the clients and I believe these cottages are estimated at the most highest 2 bedroom cottages in Angus which can't be bad 👍.
Exterior window bands and new doors also painted .

Lesley contacted me to spray the outside of their lovely family home 😁
Exterior walls were power washed with anti fungicidal wash , once dry the bare porous roughcast was given a coat of stabilizing solution to seal surface for top coats .
Roughcast was then sprayed white Sandtex masonry paint and brickwork at bottom was painted using grey Sandtex masonry paint to complete look .
Gutters and downpipes were painted to match grey . Happy with outcome 👌👍

Exterior airless spraying

All exterior walls that had black mould growth were power washed with anti mould wash to prevent it bleeding through . Any bare render was given an appropriate stabilizing solution prior to being sprayed with masonry paint of clients choice 😁 .
Delighted with the outcome as is Paul and the family .
Garage was also given a freshen up with an opaque finish on wood and a specialist paint on the gutters and downpipes of house and garage gutters and door .

Good friends Ross and Leanne are expecting their first baby so called me regarding decorating the new baby's room and also their own room as new fitted wardrobes had been installed with a little Ames taping involved .
Ceilings were sanded and given x2 coats of white elclipse Matt.
Walls sanded and prepared using our dustless Mirka and finished with durable Matt of Leanne's colour choice with a feature wall in each room .
Woodwork agin prepared to make good for x2 coats satin White . 😁
