Like any client who gets results, Lucy absolutely smashes the basics week in and week out

Steps are always nailed, calories always tracked, extras always done, and weekly updates all sent.

Nothing magic or major just following the basics consistently week in and week out

And these pictures alone speak for themselves

Lucy is just short of a stone down, plenty of inches down, and is a lot happier and more confident at the minute which I love to see 👏

And we are only getting started, still plenty more progress to get for Lucy

But she is absolutely killing it at the minute, keep er lit bud🏋️‍♂️

Time to show off the serious results Niall Russell has got just before he heads to Australia 🇦🇺

What a man and what a change he has made.

Not only with his results, but his overall health and fitness has took an absolute 360 spin.

Man lives and breaths the gym😂 but in all seriousness having clients like this makes my job so much easier , the overall turn around this man has made to his health is next to none, and the confidence I can see in him now from when he started is top class.

Every single thing I said for Niall to do , he nailed it and more.

If it was dropping cals, moving more, doing an extra session on his own, hitting protein, adding in more veg and volume in foods, whatever it may be he done with no excuses and nailed it to a tee.

And these results show what hard work, listening and implementing the plan can get you if you really want it 🤛

Niall’s exact words to me when we started was something around the lines of ‘I want to be as lean as possible for holidays’

And what a shift he’s put in, you can tell from the pictures alone the sheer amount of body fat this man has dropped is class

While in a deficit he has still got all his lifts up from when he started, and has took good shape also, building size and muscle at the same time which is hard to do.

With his chest , back, arms , shoulders all coming on really well 🤛

A pleasure of a client to have and a deadly man to train as he always pushes week in week out. And gave his best efforts from day 1.

🟢 Client transformation ⚫️

What an unbelievable block of work by Milena Mihadjuka in such a short space of time 👏👏

Milena contacted me 9 weeks ago, and wanted to get herself primed and ready for holidays.

From the start the goals where to drop body fat and get leaner, but also stronger in the process and more confident and in a good position for holidays.

Milena is very active with the gym and football, so we had to make sure that we set a plan in place that she could drop her body fat get stronger, but also make sure it wasn’t negatively effecting football at the same time with the deficit.

So with smart planning, a few tweaks to nutrition and solid implementation by Milena we smashed all the goals we set out 👏👏

• Leaner
• Stronger
• Healthier
• More confidence

And overall in a better place physically.

Milena already had a great understanding and knowledge of the gym and nutrition.

But with a few small tweaks, extra accountability, and getting her to push more in the gym and reach her full potential, and smart straight forward planning she absolutely smashed it.

Milena was hitting all new PBS week in week out with me, getting stronger and leaner every week and putting in serious effort.

An unbelievable client who from day dot listened and implemented her plan and the results speak for themselves especially in 9 weeks absolutely unreal 🏋️‍♂️

🟢Small update ⚫️

progress to date and an unreal amount of progress made already and we are only getting warmed up 👏

The progress Sarah has made as of now is absolutely top class, strength levels are coming on week by week with her main compound lifts, fitness and overall understanding of training and nutrition.

When we first got started Sarah was in a small deficit to drop some body fat and get to a level where she felt confident and happy in her own skin and clothes again.

Once that was nailed, we then bumped Sarah’s calories up to maintenance for a few weeks to build up her food again.

Now we are starting to bump up past maintenance calories and are in a gaining phase.

Sarah smashed the fat loss phase with flying colours and is absolutely smashing the gaining phase that we have now started.

Still so much more progress for Sarah to achieve and no doubt you’ll see her up again this year as we continue our gaining phase, while getting stronger and building week on week.

A top client and operator who is on only getting started in her fitness journey, and I can not wait to continue working with Sarah while we keep building throughout the year an excellent client to have

🟢 Happy Monday folks ⚫️

This is a bit of a different post for me, but I wanted to share my own experiences with you all and tell you how and why I started Personal Training 💪🏻

1. I want to share my love for Health and Fitness with you all:
I fell in love with the gym the first day I stepped into it, I got myself a coach and I became a better version of myself and this is what I want to do for you! I want to help my clients, followers etc to enjoy their fitness journey.

2. I wanted to work with people to help them to enjoy their fitness journey and not think of it as a chore:
Going to the gym and starting your fitness journey can be tough, but once you start you will never go back. I always say with hard work consistency and patience you will get there🏋️‍♀️

3. I love seeing my clients get the results that they work so hard for. Watching them progress and become more confident and happy in themselves:
This is definitely a main one for me, watching all my clients succeed is a great feeling! I love helping people look and feel better, making their fitness journey as easy as possible and as enjoyable as I can.
Helping people to stick to it and not fall into bad habits, which is easy done I’ve been there myself but we work together and we get amazing results.

4. Getting results without over complicating things:
Whether you are looking fat loss, gain size or get a better routine my clients will know this we work together to achieve great results. We do it in a way that is sustainable and enjoyable. Consistency is key 🔑

My transformation:
I took the photo of the left in 2017 just before a holiday, and I knew I wasn’t where I needed to be. I was frail, under weight, always feeling tired and weak, and had absolutely no idea how to change. So I started the gym and quickly fell in love. I got a coach myself and they helped me get into a better routine with my nutrition and training, The more i started to see progress the more i enjoyed it. So, I knew I wanted to help people. Feel more confident and happy with themselves.

For so long I just needed that help and pointed in the right direction, So I made sure I was going to offer it to others🟢⚫️

‼️ 2023 finished and wrapped up 🎄🎅 ‼️

An absolutely unbelievable year not only for me but also clients.

From opening my own studio a few months back. Clients smashing it both the ladies and the lads, it’s been an outstanding year. Every single client deserves credit for the work they put in 👏

Another year in the books, it’s now time to reflect on the year and start planning ahead for 2024, with some big plans for myself and also clients.

2024 will be another step up again, and as always I can’t thank everyone enough for the support I get.

I hope everyone has a brilliant Christmas stay safe, enjoy it and spend it with friends and family.

If anything I’ve took out of 2023 it’s spending quality time with family and friends is ever so important, as you just never know what’s around the corner for anyone.

So Christmas is a brilliant time to spend that quality time with loved ones, enjoy it , take it head on and have a brilliant end to the year.

Absolutely unbelievable results by this man👏

Ultan has lost 18lbs, dropped a serious amount of body fat especially around the waist, and gained a lot of muscle around the chest / shoulders / arms and back.

His strength has went through the roof.
He’s never felt better.
He’s never felt more confident.
And he’s never been happier with how he is performing inside and outside of the gym.

From day dot Ultan put in serious work, he listened applied and done anything that I asked of him.

6 week mini cut for Sarah McNally just before she heads away 🇦🇺

As you can see Sarah was already in very good condition and shape.

Sarah wanted to do a small mini cut, so that we could tighten up more, drop a bit of body fat, get more conditioned and in a better routine before she heads.

Safe to say we done this. Sarah was already in prime shape, but we have definitely dropped the body fat levels. She is more conditioned and has tightened up significantly.

A good drop in body fat, all measurements down, a rise in muscle mass, more conditioned, and all her lifts within the gym up.

Sarah has got multiple transformations with me now and has maintained her condition for well over 2/3 years now, which is a credit to her and the effort she puts in , from when she started until now she has been an ever growing client in the gym outside of it and overall with her health and fitness journey.

From the last set of pictures you can see the difference sarah has made from she first started with me until now. The amount of body fat lost and muscle gained is absolutely unbelievable.

And she has now learned how to get her results in a safe and sustainable way, wether it is a fat loss phase / gaining phase or a maintenance phase, she can now do it all, and knows all the ins and outs within the gym. And has been able to keep a healthy and sustainable relationship within the gym and nutrition for over 2/3 years now.

It’s not just the pictures that’s absolutely unbelievable from when she first started to now, it’s how much she’s grown inside and outside of the gym these last couple of years.

Her confidence inside and out of the gym, her happiness, and understanding of nutrition and training is unbelievable from never stepping foot in a gym to now. And again it’s a credit to how good of a client and a worker she has been these last few years 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

How’s it going folks?

I have been getting asked a few times by members of the gym, clients and non clients, so I would like to take this opportunity to let you all know that as of next week it will be my last week Personal training out lifestyle fitness clonoe.

This was not an easy decisions to make, but over the last 2 years I have been working extremely hard in the background to make this dream become a reality.

When I first started off Personal training I always wanted to have my own private Personal training studio to work out of, and I would like to say that I have now made the jump and I am going to be taking all current and future clients in my own private studio.

I could not have done or made this next big jump in my career without all the absolutely amazing support from everyone, current clients, past clients and even non clients.

The support I’ve had from I started has been absolutely unbelievable and I can not thank everyone enough for it, it really means the world to me.

I think this is the right step in my journey and a massive one for me and I now think this is the time to go after it and pursue the next step in my career.

I also want to thank everyone at lifestyle fitness clonoe in the last number of years members and staff have been absolutely brilliant to me and have also supported me very well and I have made some good friends from working there.

Again I want to thank every single person who has supported and is continuing to support me, this is only the beginning of O-Bayne Personal Training.

And I plan on hitting bigger goals, working harder than ever before, having current and future clients training in the best private studio possible, and continuing to offer and guide my clients to improving at all times and making sustainable lifestyle changes.

With more big things planned and big goals set I cannot wait to get started in this next chapter. I am really looking forward to seeing more of you over the next while and maybe even in the new studio🟢⚫️

❗️ Client Niall Cullen❗️

When Niall started his goals was to drop body fat , get stronger fitter and healthier.

Safe to say we are definitely on the right tracks, Niall is an excellent worker, anything that needs done or asked for he does no complaints.

Nothing is to much for this man, nothing drastic or anything special done, we just kept it simple and sustainable.

Niall continues to get stronger week on week , his lifts are getting better and better, he’s getting fitter, stronger, leaner and is happier and healthier than ever.

As I always say trying to keep it simple always works best, nothing to complicated or nothing to strict, simple sustainable results and that’s what Niall is doing,

Safe to say she has ticked all these boxes and more, Pictures speak for themselves, orlaith has done absolutely amazing up to this point absolutely top class work.

7+ KG gone / 12+ inches lost over all 6+ on the waist alone / strength is at an all time high / fitness at an all time high / happier / and more confident.

Orlaith is one of them clients I new from day dot from the first session she would smash her goals no excuses.

Anything that needed done from steps / calories / protein goals etc etc, she done and done it with no excuses.

Great to be back up again in St Joseph's College, Coalisland again yesterday taking the year 10 lads through a session 👏🏋️‍♀️

Always great to be back up around the school again, and giving a bit back to the school that really got me interested in all things sport and exercise.

And what a set up they have with the new gym set up, top class stuff and brilliant facility.

Theres no doubt all pupils will get great use of as they are coming up through the school 💪💪

No special fixes, we got him eating slightly more than he’s use to, lifting more weights and upping his protein and movement outside of the gym

The big man himself and what a change has made 👊

Podge got onto me 12 weeks ago and we sat down and discussed his goals and what he wanted to achieve

He works often and is in a very busy uni course and is away from home often so we decided to go towards my online coaching

Podge wanted to lose body fat / get stronger and leaner / and get enjoyment and a passion back training again which wasn’t there for some time

We didn’t do anything drastic, done the simple approach of moving more eating slightly under his maintenance calories upped his protein and threw in 3/4 gym sessions a week.

As always no drastic drop in calories or cutting any food outs - he could still go out enjoy himself eat the foods he loved and so on

Initially he wanted to Sign up for 6 weeks and after the 6 weeks he could
See the changes and went for another 6.

The big man as you can see in these picture has smashed his goals 👏👏

🟢 28 pounds down (2 stone)
⚫️ Massive decrease in body fat
🟢 Fitter and stronger within gym and runs

⚫️And most importantly and what I love the most with this job and all my clients, he is just over all happier now, and the new found confidence he has got is what has really brought me the most joy.

❗️ Client update ❗️

Here we have Colm, Colm approached me, and was struggling to find consistency and structure to help him reach his goals.

Colm has a very busy job sometimes working 12/14 hours a a day, his main goals where to become stronger / bigger / fitter.

Because of his busy schedule we decided to commit to my online programme, as he travels a lot with work.

Colm also always struggled with bulking up as he noticed he gained some body fat during the process in previous bulks, which is only normal and happens. So we got him into a small surplus and slowly bumped calories to keep him as lean as we can at the same time.

Colm put over a stone on, while staying a lot leaner than he had with previous (bulks). And his Strength sky rocketed focusing on a lot of compound movements.

His bench / squat / shoulder press / deadlift all went up consistently and hitting PBs over all compounds when we re tested everything.

Plenty of size added on all round especially in his chest / shoulders and arms , with plenty of strength to top it all off👊

Here’s what Colm had to say about his journey so far 🔽

‘Before joining Odhran I got into a rut of the same exercises every week and fallen out of the gym with work, so I really wanted to get pushed and motivated in the gym every week. Every week had different exercises so it was always fresh and way easier to track using the app. My strength increased every week on pretty much all exercises and I hit PBs in every department! I also found it really easy to ask for help if my form isn’t right and Odhran was always flexible around my work which was very busy and I really appreciated!’

Wrapped up for 2022 small break now to spend time with friends and family and ready to go again in 2023🏋️‍♀️

As always I can’t thank everyone enough for the continued support throughout the year and from when I began in 2020, it means the world to me.

2022 was a brilliant year with some brilliant client results, and also the success off my woman’s fat loss camp also,

Big plans for 2023 and aiming to go that step further again with results and other plans to come 👊

I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Christmas, enjoy it with friends and family 🍺

❗️ CLIENT RESULT ❗️

Another client who has finished the year on a high and smashed her goals.

When we started we set out to try loose body fat and get an overall better relationship with eating and gym work with no low calorie diets and so on. We also tried to not put a massive focus on scales, as scales where always a problem and hindering long term results.

Client isn’t looking tagged for now but she absolutely deserves a post up to show the results she obtained so far, her consistency in side and out side of PT is next to none,

Always listens to any pointers I give and takes them on board and puts in serious effort

* Massive drop in measurements especially around the waist / hips / legs
* Never been stronger
* Fitter
* Not being dependent on the scales (she has also lost over a stone)

Even the newly gained confidence in sessions etc is unreal to see, and we aren’t done yet, we will be setting new goals for the new year, and I’ve no doubt she will absolutely smash 2023 also and will have another updated post next year 💪

Few words on how she’s found PT up until now - ‘I honestly couldn’t thank odhran enough for his help, support and motivation all of which next to none and no PT session is ever the same, highly recommended and would encourage anyone who is considering starting to do so, they will not regret it ,top class trainer and I can’t wait to see what the new year holds for me’

Update on client Diane Burke who has been absolutely smashing it the past few months,

Diane is a brilliant client she always shows up puts the work in, very consistent and is always improving.

Diane has dropped many inches, plenty of lbs on the scales, is down 4 dress sizes and the pictures show how far she’s come so far. Especially when you see the difference in her clothes.
