We’ve had little Bobby staying with us for a few days - he’s loved meeting lots of friends, helping P open her birthday presents and sampling the doggy cake! 🐾💙🎁🎂

🩷It’s Phoebe’s 3rd birthday today!🩷

Hubster took the day off and we turned the big walks into pup parties!!! They all had a fantastic time! 😝🎂🐾🎉

It’s been so lovely to get some glimpses of the sun this week! It certainly makes the mud more bearable 😂🐾

This weeks client has had a lovely weekend with Phoebe!

It’s been so lovely to see them charging around with each together or snuggled up in the pub 🐾🥰😂

there’s been a few crashes as they’ve zoomed around but they’ve thoroughly enjoyed sharing a chicken with their dinners before snuggling down for the night,

I’m scared to tell him he’s a week of walking workies ahead of him!

Wow! Today needs a special collection of photos by itself! We’d have been drier swimming in a lake, the fields were like ponds and paths like rivers!

Hats off to Hubster for helping on his day off meaning we could combine two of the walks so I wasn’t out in the rain too long when I’m loaded with cold. The dogs loved puddle diving today 😂

The rest of the week was thankfully a bit drier … how long until summer?😅

Seems I need to add dinosaurs to the list of “animals” we care for 😂🦖🩷🐾

We only take one boarder at a time meaning your pup becomes part of our family during their stay … whilst they may share our family, I can’t promise P will share her sofa 🤣
(Don’t worry tonight’s boarder is now snuggled between A and I on the other sofa 😍)

Morning everyone, next month we are restructuring the walking side of the business, all walking clients have been informed of this but I wanted to take this time to reiterate a Few of our terms and conditions …

🐾 Reactiveness - should your dog become reactive with anything it is the owners obligation to let us know. This could be certain breeds, noises, people, kids shouting, Hi-vis clothing - absolutely anything! We must be informed.
🐾 Basic recall - if you have signed to say you consent to your dog being let off lead (in suitable areas) they must have basic recall, timings are right and running after a loose pup while dragging up to 5 others along can be very stressful and dangerous (I have extending leads / lunge leads for those who cannot be let off)
🐾 Properly fitting collars / harnesses - we use our own leads as it is easier to hold 6 of the same. But, whilst we do have spare collars / harnesses should yours be unsuitable (signed permission given before use) we do not have enough for all sizes. Please ensure yours are properly fitted to avoid dogs getting loose and causing accidents - many pet shops will fit your dog properly
🐾 Sickness - dog often throw up but if it’s a regular occurrence, or if they have diarrhoea or are showing signs of sickness we need to be notified, to avoid spreading bugs around dogs we may cancel their walk
🐾 Dogs that jump up - I know it is very cute if your dog jumps up for cuddles but it can be very stressful for someone who is not a dog person - if any size dog runs up to greet someone walking by and jumps up they may not only scare them but also get them very dirty! It’s not fair for us to face any abuse if your dog does this.
🐾 Ball possessiveness - we love throwing balls for the pups - it’s great to see them all run around happily! But we need to know if your dog is possessive of the ball, this can lead to fights among the pack and knowing before means we can avoid negativity and keep walks fun!

Sorry that was a bit serious but we really do strive to give your pup the best experience while out with us and in order to do so we need all owners to work closely with us.

Wow! To say the weather has been changeable this week is an understatement!!!
We’ve battled gales, downpours and freezing cold then ended with sunshine!!!

It’s been an absolutely hectic week with an average of 22 dogs each day but I’ve loved every moment of it 😍 (I need to buy more poo bags 😂!)

Gone are the days I get myself a new pair of heels for the weekend!

It’s a running joke over how many walking boots I get through - the first two pairs were bought end of sept and end of oct last year and I’ve been limping along with them literally falling to pieces!

Let’s see how fast I wear out the first pair of 2024 - also how many pairs I get through in 2024!!! 😂🥾

What a week!!!
It’s been super busy this week! Both on walks and behind the scenes - weekend needed! Any messages will be replied to Monday - have a lovely weekend all! 🐾🩷

After the festive season we’ve been inundated with enquiries for walks and boarding…

❌ At this time we are not taking on new clients for walks.
⚠️October, November and December have a few weeks available for boarding but we have limited availability for trial night stays required before your dogs stay is confirmed.

✅Bookings being taken for 2025 (there’s a few already!)

‼️Please note trial nights (for new clients) and 50% deposits are required to confirm your dogs stay

Mondays are usually pretty quiet … not today!!!

Just a little note for those with changing days/times please please please book with plenty of notice to avoid disappointment-I hate letting people down if all walks are full! Also we are not taking on new clients at the moment xx

After Milo choked on a Markie biscuit I learnt how to do this (thankfully Hubster saved Milo but at the time I was totally lost!) since then I’ve had to use this on Phoebe several times…it’s so important ALL dog parents know what to do should your baby start choking

Every year my sister makes me a diary for work with photos of my lovely clients in it 🥰 I love it!

I’m just sitting filling in the next few weeks and it’s looking busy busy busy after this weeks gentle increase!

Please can clients who do not have set days book their walk in ASAP, there’s often days I don’t get a “lunch break” which I could turn into an extra walk when needed, booking walks in plenty time means we can arrange the diary to accommodate all pups as best we can ❤️ I hate turning anyone away!
