Mini Vinnies and Eco Warriors went on a litter pick around our local area this morning. God created a world in which we have a special role as stewards of creation. As Mini Vinnies and Ecos we pledged to take care of our common home, so with the help of our local councillor, Bev, we decided to take action.
"We are stewards of the earth, summoned by God to "work and take care of it" (Genesis 2:15)

Last week, the Eco Warriors celebrated World Environment Day (5th June). This year's theme focused on land restoration, desertification and drought resilience under the slogan “Our land. Our future.
