When cancelling appointments please try and give me at least 24 hours notice. I completely understand things come up and will always try and accommodate to rearrange your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice make it extremely hard for me to fill this gap. This is my only income and last minute cancellations is a loss of earnings for me and can sometimes leave me out of pocket after buying stock etc. I’ve never wanted to implement a cancellation policy but I’m afraid in the new year I am going to have too in order to keep doing this job.

I’m so grateful for all of my clients and everyone who supports me and hate to have to make a negative post as this is only a small part of running my business but it’s something that is just getting worse.

So after breaking both ankles I am now starting to ease my self back into work. Any appointments already booked in from now will go ahead but I will message clients to confirm. I am pretty much fully booked the week before Christmas but if you need an appointment I can try my best to accommodate. I do however have some appointments available next week. I still have a cast on one foot which means I can’t drive so will mean clients coming to me if possible. Thankyou so much to everyone for your patience and also all the well wishes over the past few weeks I appreciate you all so much and can’t wait to be back doing what I love ♥️♥️♥️

Thankyou to everyone for being so patient regarding appointments etc. I’ve had my surgery and I’m home now recovering which I think is going well! I can’t believe this has happened this time of year when I was so busy 😭 I’m expecting to be off my feet at least another few weeks but after that I am hoping to be able to ease my self back into work. So if you have any appointments from the middle of December I am hoping and praying I will be well enough to do them but will obviously give yous plenty of notice. I will of course message my clients personally to let them know what is happening as often as I can. Thankyou so much to you all for being so understanding I can’t wait to get back to doing what I love ♥️♥️♥️

Unfortunately I have had an accident and broken both of my ankles and need surgery on one of them. I’m so sorry this obviously means I will not be working for the next 6-8 weeks depending on the recovery. I’m absolutely gutted this has happened and feel awful letting all of my lovely clients down 😥 I hope you all understand and I’ll see you all when I’m back up and running. I will message clients privately who have appointments booked in to let you all know ♥️
