We are delighted to host Northern Echoes: A Young Artists’ Exhibition!

In celebration of the life and works of and , young artists across County Durham are collaborating on an exhibition inspired by their works.

The exhibition launches with a preview event on Thursday 13th June 5 - 7pm in the and will open every subsequent Thursday 10 - 4pm. The final opportunity to view the exhibition will be Thursday 18th July.

We are delighted to share the work of Lewis Hobson. His exhibition Durham Ice Rink is open to the public Thursdays and Fridays 10am- 4pm until 17th May.

WREATH WORKSHOP: 🌷

We hosted first wreath making shop on Friday 1st March which was a huge success!

The next workshop will be on Saturday 25th May 2-4pm.

SPRING WREATH WORKSHOP:🐣

We are hosting a Spring/Summer artificial wreath workshop on Friday the 1st March, 5-7pm.It’s 2 hours of fun filled craft, making your very own artificial wreath to take home!

Price is £45 pp and all materials are included with tea, coffee and cakes provided. (£10 non refundable deposit required when booking to secure a place, this will leave £35 to pay on the 19th February).

FIRST EXHIBIT: 👀

We celebrated the preview of the first artist in residence exhibition at the Dead Dog Gallery last night, with the work of Paul Raymond and Hazel Soper.

Join us for an afternoon of free workshops, drawing and creative activities at Durham Sixth Form Centre, Saturday 21st October 1-4pm.

This year's theme is .

Fun for all the family, rain or shine!

Free entry and suitable for all ages.

Workshops include: TOUCH; Slime, SIGHT; Portrait and still life drawing, SOUND; Draw to music, TASTE; Eco drawing, protest fists, printmaking, plasticine and more!
