Meet hannah,
You will see hannah at our reception, always welcoming and greeting members, and will help you with any questions you may have.
My name is hannah. I am 21, and I am in my last year of university, I am studying biology.
My favourite workout music is dance music.
I don't enjoy cardio or lifting , but if I had to choose, I choose lifting, haha (Leg Day is my favourite)
I enjoy going for walks around Durham, going out for brunch, and love my holidays, especially ski holidays.
NEW CLASS ON SATURDAYS (10.05am)
Chest, back, shoulders, and arms will all be targeted in this class, helping you develop a strong upper body and good posture. You will learn new exercises that you can introduce in your own workouts as well.

Meet Belle,
Belle has been with Result Fitness for 12 months, and not only does Belle have her own PT clients and run some of our classes, but she also has her sports massage clinic here at Result Fitness.
Belle is also in her final year of university, and we will soon have her sports rehabilitation degree.
Meet Lee. The newest member of the team. He has always had a passion for bodybuilding and growing muscle.
After a sports injury, he also found a passion for rehabilitation through exercise, seeing how important movement and training are for a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.
This is our Senior Personal Trainer Kelly
Kelly has been with Result Fitness Durham for 17 months and is a big part of our gym team.
Kelly has vast experience working with clients of all ages and abilities to help them achieve their exercise and fitness goals. Kelly is very enthusiastic, and her energy is very popular with her clients.
Little Fun Fact about Kelly, she met and trained with shaun T, the creator of Insanity.. Insanity max.. asylum.. Hip-hop abs, just to name a few. (For the first time ever, Kelly was speechless, and that never happens, hehe)

Chris is an experienced personal trainer with a background in professional sport. Chris has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, working all over the country and abroad, including Australia
Chris has vast experience of working with clients of all backgrounds and abilities and has had huge success in seeing his clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
