For future reference
If you feel the need to cancel less than 5 days before your booking (tbh upto two weeks before) for matters that can be helped, the full balance will be due. Blocking me on facebook will not help. We can come to some agreement so this is not needed. I have a business to run and bills/insurance/licenses to pay for and someone taking up one/two/three spaces for over two months and then deciding the last minute you dont think I am the right person when I have not had ONE single complaint is not on! This has upset me due to the loss to my business and the feeling that i am a bad pet boarder. All this because a dog i had didnt settle for 2 weeks after going home!

I just needed to put that out there

For big amounts like the one due I will take you to small claims court
