Three 'middle-aged men from Rochdale' as they describe themselves, Tim Fairley from Business Buddy PDS The UK Specialist Doorset Company Tim Knight and David Kennedy, are embarking on an adventurous journey from their local beauty spot, Hollingworth Lake in Littleborough, to the stunning Northern Italian Lake Garda. Covering a distance of approximately 1600km, including 10,000 meters of hill climbing through the Alps in Switzerland and Italy, all within only 10 days!

This incredible feat is in the memory of their old friend, Simon ‘Teddy’ Taylor, and in support of Springhill Hospice and the British Heart Foundation, with a fundraising goal exceeding £50,000. The challenge kicks off on May 9th and concludes in Peschiera del Garda on May 18th.

After last year's successful event at the Craven, we have made this year's bigger and better.
Our 2024 event will be at Littleborough Cricket Club on 28th June from 6.30pm.

Enjoy an evening of sampling five different wines from Viniveneti hosted by wine enthusiast Tim Fairley, along with a delicious antipasti platter to compliment your taste buds.

There will also be a wine-themed quiz with fantastic prizes up for grabs, as well as a raffle during the evening.

Participants must be over 18 to attend and you can sign up here for just £35 per person.
