Did you know?… Sally of @ashfield_pilates has officially been here at @the_zen_den_retford_ now for 5 YEARS!! 🤩🥳(Literally since the first week of opening 🥰) Wow 🥰💫 Sally trained as a #stottspilates instructor when she was forced to retire from her hugely successful west-end dancing career, due to injury. Pilates helped her recovery vastly. Although the majority of her classes are now based more Leicestershire way these days - she is still here every Tuesday in Retford, at The Zen Den. After the Pilates class - she also hosts an adult ballet class too. 🩰Both sessions are open to all.. if you’d like to book - then just message us 💫🙏🏼 #pilates - 6pm #adultballet - 7pm
