Hello,

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to two members of your team who helped my son when he had a flat tyre in Tesco car park at Bishopstoke at 6:45am this morning. I’m sorry but I don’t know their names.
They had stopped off on their way to work and my husband spotted their van across the car park and asked them for advice about using some foam that was supplied with the car instead of a replacement tyre.
They looked at the tyre to see if it could be pumped up to enable the car to be driven to your depot to be fixed but upon finding it was beyond repair, they offered to drive to your depot, check whether a replacement tyre was in stock and they returned immediately to fit it. My son was back on the road in less than 30 minutes! They left us with an advice note and I made payment as soon as I got home.
Amazing service! They are a credit to your company and we will definitely be in touch again next time any of the family needs replacement tyres.

Many thanks to them for service above and beyond at 7am on a Monday morning!
