A nice little breakfast idea -Baked blueberry 🫐 porridge with honey 🍯
I always freeze my blueberries to have them ready to hand when I’m baking or making breakie- simply get your porridge and pop a handful of blueberries in, top with your milk of choice and pop in the microwave. Finish with a drizzle of ho et and chopped fruit 🍌 (I chose bananas) enjoy!

What a beautiful surprise to come back to, after 2 weeks of being away and getting a final confirmation of my teacher training course starting in September (which I started to apply for in January)and which I’m super nervous about but also very excited!!! I love my card ❤️ flowers 💐 and wine 🍷 - thank you monkey- we shall celebrate together 👬 and lastly thank you for being the amazing friend that you’re and for all your support these past few months.. it’s been a hell of a year! You’re a true friend - love you millions ❤️

Exercise the morning- study the afternoon- (I purposefully set my day up to do my workouts before I had to commit to studying and screen time otherwise I’d be fidgeting all afternoon) I know which I prefer hands down! I am really not built for laptop work - let me run 🏃♀️ around the forests 🌳 teach Boxfit, be outside- anything, ANYTHING but laptops 👩💻
First night teaching the under 15’s football team last night- got to say, the lads were ace and did everything that was programmed without too much cheek 😋 thanks to for getting involved!

🚨weight-loss alert 🚨 1.5stone down since 15th March 🙌 what an achievement this woman is making… body has reduced, muscle mass has increased, sleep has improved, energy levels increased and confidence too boot! Could not be prouder… she’s promised we can do a before and after once she reaches her target.. watch this space! Congrats Angela!
