Just WOW!! Salted caramel cookies with a gooey caramel centre 😍😍

It’s been the longest time since I’ve baked anything since starting a new job and life getting busy again however when I saw this new recipe in book I just couldn’t resist 😋🍪

Caramel is one of my favourite things in life so I decided for my birthday this year I’d make a millionaires cake with homemade millionaires shortbread and loads of caramel to decorate 🤤🤎🎂

This is above and beyond all expectations I had when I thought about the idea of fundraising and I am grateful to be able to give something back after the help the community nurses at Marie Curie gave my family 💛

I have decided this year I’d like to do some fundraising for Marie Curie. This charity will always have a special place in my heart for the palliative care they gave my Papa at home and for the support the nurses and specialists gave our family throughout every stage 😌
