I’ve struggled with lessons and instructions my whole life, and it took 34 years for me to understand the reason I was struggling - Auditory processing disorder, a disorder that quite frequently pairs itself with autism and ADHD.
That’s why you’ll find no distracting images, no audio once the course starts, and no videos with verbal lessons - so your focus is completely on learning.
All you need is 11 minutes of distraction free time, a pen and a piece of paper, or something to take notes on.

Turning a shed into a studio 💖 Only 4 days late, and with an instruction manual to rival plans for world domination, I’m feeling a bit out of my depth! Still, the journey continues. Stick with me as I go from a corner in the living room into a fully kitted out studio & starting my small business. No matter what challenges present themselves on the road, they’ll be tackled. When people ask me what I make, sometimes I think it would be easier to name the things I don’t make… as shown 😂
Two years ago we made my daughter this sensory den. The options offered online were either too expensive or didn’t suit her needs. After a quick trip to b&q, we threw this together. No plans + no experience but the results were unexpectedly brilliant! This was a well loved piece of furniture in our household for a year before we moved house, though we did leave it out for someone else to take and hopefully someone else is loving it just as much as my daughter did 💖💖
What do we do…? All of the things 💖
How could we possibly choose one route? One group of products? Why would we divide and categorise when we ourselves hate it happening to us?

Spot the mistake!!
I finally finished one of my ambitions - to create a kids “learning to bake” book. I made a silly mistake somewhere in the book and didn’t spot it till AFTER it was first published!! 🫣 The first copy arrived and I almost cried!
