Another renovation where we conserved the existing subfloor using, adhesive free, Modul’up from the Forbo range.
This stylish flooring provided our client with a transformation that required minimal disruption.

On this project, the client required us to preserve the existing Terrazzo floor within the listed building.
We laid the Polysafe QuickLay system, which is an adhesive free flooring installation. Vinyl cove skirtings were also fitted around the perimeter.
Using contrasting colours, from the range, we were able to highlight escape routes.

It is essential that you are friendly and can work well in a team, it is equally important that you can work independently and use your initiative.

We are looking to hire skilled floor layers who consistently deliver high standards of workmanship.

You must be reliable and punctual.

We consistently have overtime time available and we expect our employees to work evenings and/or weekends regularly - this is paid at an increased generous rate.

Gordon and Halliday offer competitive rates of pay and a company pension. Our starting salary is £14 per hour and rising for more knowledgeable floor layers.

There are future opportunities for growth within the company, such as, Team Leader and Supervisor positions for the right candidates.

Company vehicles may also be available to those with a full driving license.
