Do you have a passion for transforming spaces and a keen eye for detail?

PWB Developments Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our growing team.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of painting and decorating tasks across our residential and commercial projects. You'll work closely with our team to ensure high-quality finishes that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and masking
Apply paint using various techniques (brush, roller, spray)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow health and safety regulations on site
Adhere to project deadlines and budgets
Work collaboratively with other tradespeople

We are looking for someone who:

Has a minimum of 2 years experience in painting and decorating
Possesses a strong understanding of different paint types and applications
Has a meticulous eye for detail and takes pride in their work
Is reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
Is physically fit and able to work at heights (if applicable)
Holds a valid driving license.
Able to work away from home when required.

Last job of 2023 was a good one, elderly couple have lived in the property for over 50 years having never had heating. Every room was in a poor state.

All rooms stripped back to stone, floors and rotten joists replaced then property lined with SWIP's Internal wall insulation.

What a difference, ready for there air source heat pump and solar!
