Our event is being organised in aid of SAMH, The Scottish Association for Mental Health ✨💜
SAMH is a charity that provides help, information and support to adults and young people that are affected by mental health problems
The three main goals that SAMH strive for are being there for people, promoting good mental health and ending stigma and discrimination
“Every year 1 in 4 of us in Scotland will experience a mental health problem” - SAMH
As a team we admire the work that SAMH do. This is a charity that is close to our hearts, and we cannot wait to fundraise for them whilst having fun!!
