Throwing it back to the better weather ⏪☀️

On this beautiful bungalow in lower largo we kicked off the renovations by replacing all the original brown wooden windows with new UPVC chartwell green casement windows. The green windows surrounded by the pink walls makes the perfect contrast🌳🌸

Todays job at Greenbank 📍

We previously done work at this property at the start of the year, replacing the windows and doors.

Today we had the privilege of finishing off the final part of the project and most importantly seeing our customer over the moon with the finished product😃🙌🏻

Here is two panel doors that had been damaged a couple months back. We secured both doors while we waited on the composite doors arriving!

Both jobs supplied and fitted within two weeks of surveying🕰️🔨🪚

This customer was aiming to give there extension a glow up for the summer ahead.

To achieve this we….
Swapped the window into grey aluminium bi-folds, letting in a lot more natural light.

Swapped the French doors in the shaded part of the garden into a window with ship lap cladding below. We also moved the radiator to this wall also.

Plumbing, plastering, painting and joinery work all carried out by our All trades team. ✅😁

Preparation is KEY🔑🤩

On this project at south Queensferry we replaced two windows with a new aluminium Bi - folding door.

From start to finish we make sure the job is fully prepped. We taped of the lounge to ensure no dust travelled through the customers house! And protected the flooring etc inside.
We also make sure outside is covered too with a tarpaulin over the grass and a gazebo to keep the tools dry🫣☔️

We made sure all trades followed in after one another so there was no delay on the job including plastering/painting and rendering work!
