NEW - TALENT MANAGEMENT SUBMISSION ✨

Since we launched, The Aesthete Collective has averaged over 100+ applicants for management a week. As a small team we have not been able to go through every application and have been working on a new system to make the process easier for everyone! Meet the talent management submission page.

On our website we now have a whole talent management page with FAQs, info about management and a form to submit a formal application. All talent management submissions must go through this form. Applications over emails or DMs will not be seen or accepted.

[Please note that due to demand & the amount of applications we receive on a daily basis, we are only able to respond to those who are a good fit for us at that time. While we have previously tried to reach out to everyone who applies, as we are a very small team with limited resources, this is just not possible for us at the moment. If you do not hear back within 14 days unfortunately we are unable to proceed with your application for management. However, do not take this personally! Please feel free to reach out again 2-3 months after your initial application with a new application. A 'no' may just mean 'not now'.]
