Craig is a Full Qualified electrician who has run his own business for the last 10 years after completing his apprenticeship at Commsworld. Craig will lead our Installation side of the business ensuring the very best in quality and compliance.

Craig said “I am delighted to be joining RG today. I have been friends with Ryan for many years and watched from afar the journey the business has been on over the past 13 years and I wanted to be part of that. I am excited about the future plans for the business and it’s a huge 5 years ahead”.

Brand New vans delivered and added to the fleet, ready for the next stage of RG growth.

It is an exciting time for our industry and for RG in particular with huge plans currently on-going.

FEEDBACK IS KEY.

After starting RG 12 years ago I spoke with various successful entrepreneurs across different sectors (pestered is probably a better word 😊) and quizzed them on what they thought was the most important factor to their success in business. Every one of them were huge on customer service, especially Ricky Nicol (Founder ) who was massively customer focused which I took onboard right away.

I believe that success leaves clues therefore we are massively into our customer service at RG and are predominantly a service business.
Are we brilliant every single day with every single situation that arises - absolutely not!
We have nightmares like most companies however we are striving for perfection (if that exists) and we will always push to achieve that.

After every job our amazing office staff will send our clients a copy of their Jobcard alongside a satisfaction survey - photos below show the type of daily feedback we get from our clients which is the primary reason I started in business.
Having people trust us to look after their most prized possessions and then provide amazing feedback about our service is very humbling.

My advice today would be - speak to your customers and get feedback (both good and constructive on how you can improve).
