I've come a long way since pinging microwaves in Wetherspoons near 20 years ago in Weston-Super-Mare to where I am now. Its been an utterly wild, bonkers, and quite eventful journey between now and then. Can't wait for the next private dinner. Progression. Always ✊️

Thanks to William and Marianna for having us. Everything went down a treat 👨‍🍳

Former KP and now Commis Chef Jimmy getting stuck into the Shallots as part of the prep for tomorrow 👨‍🍳

We only work with the highest quality local meat and fresh produce for all private dinners and events. The lamb racks for tomorrow nights guests are as local as you can get.

Heres a pic of the butchers at Mathiesons trimming the lamb(saves me a job 😉) . Amazing quality meat. The racks for tomorrow nights main course were delivered to Mathiesons in Edinburgh via Saughland Farm in Pathhead.

Cooking Tutorials 👇👨‍🍳
- A four hour cooking tutorial where you get guidance and taught to cook like a professional chef. At the end you can wow your guests with the courses you have produced.

-There will also be the option to do this as a group!

Events 🕺🍷🍲
- Small scale events/functions will be considered again depending on location and whether the kitchen at the venue is suitable.

-Happy to cover for any type of small event or function whether it be a business meeting, works Christmas do, birthdays, christenings etc.
