We noticed a mysterious wet patch forming in the home, signalling a potential plumbing issue lurking beneath the surface. With a keen eye and some detective work, we traced the source to a hidden leak on deteriorating copper pipe under the floor.
We replaced all of the pipe work under the floor to prevent further problems and protected as necessary.
