One of our customers chose to celebrate her birthday with us. Instead of opting for a birthday cake she wished for @chefmarcioalves to create her a special pear dessert. Chef Marcio created her a beautiful delicately poached pear infused with aromatic spices and bathed in a luscious red wine syrup, served alongside a silky pear compote. Topped with shards of crispy ginger for a subtle heat and crunch, this dessert offered a refined balance of sweetness, warmth, and texture.
