Hi folks, hope you are all doing well and enjoying the glimpse of sun, I really hope it's hear to stay.🌞

Well I'm happy to report that year one, term two is now complete. I'm even happier to report that all is passed and I'm going to come back to study in September! 💪

It was hard at times, really hard, but if you grin and bear it, dig deep it's soo doable, I'm so happy I took the decision. With the support of my family and friends I'm getting through it. I've also made some study buddies where we have amalgamated a group and are supporting each other. 👭

So for now it's time to get on with all the jobs I have relinquished, like cleaning cupboards and relentless weeds in the garden. 🫤The parent load is all, ever-consuming and is the fault of most of my anxieties. 😬

I'm looking forward to recharging my batteries and catching up with my customers over the warm months. I've also been in the process of beginning to build a website so hopefully I will be able to share that with you in the near future.

Keep happy and healthy and be flip flop ready! 👣

Sorry its been a while on posting, life has been a little hectic to say the least. It's nice to document my journey here so I've something to look back on and remember my thoughts and feelings.

My course is going well, I'm pleased to report, I'm not gonna lie it's taking it out of me, but weirdly I'm enjoying the journey.

I'm on placement at the moment in local clinics so it's been an eye opener to say the least.😮

I had a lovely message from another colleague to say I had inspired her to study the degree, and that she has been offered a place! 🚀

I've always been an advocate of self-development so it's lovely to hear another person is taking the plunge.💪

So for now I've notes to do for today, so will sign off but report back soon. I have exams in May so as soon as they are complete, I will check in.

I'm definitely looking forward to a long summer.☀️

A new journey starts for me next week as I begin a three year degree at the University of East London.

It will bring lots of exciting things for my business and I'm looking forward to seeing the Practitioner I will become.

I have no doubt that juggling this and the mum-load will throw a few curve balls my way but I guess dodging bullets is part of the territory.

Some I've inspired, some think I'm mad but I'm going for it and look forward to keeping you posted along my journey.

I've been working in a residential home this week. It's not often I am amazed when I take a pair of socks off anymore but I honestly struggled to hide the shock when I saw these beauties! 😱

Generally when people go into care homes there feet have been neglected for a while but this is certainly a patient I wont forget in a hurry!

The question is, have you checked your loved ones feet? This gentleman was lucky, it was intercepted before infection but in some cases its not aways the same...

Well that's all folks for this year, time to hang my nippers up and enjoy the rest-time with my family.

I'd like to thank you again for your ongoing custom, and support. It's so nice to see everybody living life again, getting out and enjoying themselves.

Looking forward to 2023 and all the challenges it may have in store.
