Cancellations with less than 48hours are charged at 50% and 24hrs charged at 100% of your treatment/appointment cost.

Deposits - Will be taken to confirm appointments. They’re NON-REFUNDABLE

Arriving late! please be aware If clients are late they will have their treatment time cut short but payments will be charged IN FULL. As I’m on tight schedules specially in peak season!

Sickness- If you are unwell, inform me. It will decide whether to go ahead or reschedule dependant on the individual circumstance.

Reviews & Feedback - Please remember after your appointment, to write a review for your therapist/treatment.
