En una de mis últimas incursiones al cine (aprendo mucho como terapeuta del cine, pero este es otro post), esta frase dicha casi a modo de sentencia por uno de esos Seven Samurais me dejó pensando en el dar, el recibir y la resiliencia.
Me gusta y respeto la figura del Samurai, persona que se entrega con honor, estoicismo y resiliencia a la batalla que le ha sido encomendada. Esta frase aparece en la película cuando ya han perdido la vida cuatro de esos siete samuráis, por una lucha que en realidad a ellos nos les reportaba nada como tal, a excepción del honor.

El entregarse, el dar, el ser resiliente es bueno. Pero hasta que punto? cuando hay que parar?.

Pues hay que parar cuando esa resiliencia y tu capacidad de dar te destruyen, te desgastan y lo único que reportan es dolor.
Tan bueno como dar y ser resiliente ante los acontecimientos de la vida, es parar para observar, sentir que realmente nos está reportando esa entrega y esa resiliencia y si duele...para y te vas. Te rindes, te apartas, dejas atrás esa lucha, que probablemente hace tiempo que dejó de ser la tuya, te recuperas y empleas esa misma entrega y resiliencia en un nuevo cometido, un nuevo proyecto, en aquello que cree vida y no la destruya.
Te deseo buenas noches.
