Today, I wanted to share a bit about my own journey.

To show you that even though I’ve progressed, I also started at the beginning...

Just like we all do!

In the first image, I was in my early 20's and partying every weekend, taking drugs and drinking a lot, my mental health was very poor, I had no prospects, bad relationships, a bad relationship with my family and I had no career, no money and no assets.

The second picture represents the year I decided it was time to change. I obtained my qualification as a Personal Trainer and got to work right away.

The third pic is me shaving my head during lock down, it was March the 21st and the day that I decided to build Abbsolute Coaching

The fourth pic is a trip to Portugal for my degree and the last piece of the puzzle that I needed to take myself and my career to wherever I wanted it to go.

The fifth picture is the day my son was born and the day that my mindset shifted from "doing what I love" to "making what I love pay the bills".

The final picture is today, nothing glamorous, just me in a room with a laptop being a full time online coach. It's taken over 10 years to get here but this is right where I am supposed to be.

So, next time you look at an influencer or a PT's Instagram page and wish you looked like them, or could lift as much as them....

Remember that everyone starts somewhere!

We are all a beginner somewhere along the line.

But you have to embrace that process, embrace the consistency and embrace the small, daily habits that lead to BIG long-lasting results!

Sometimes, your progress will slow, but it's those who consistently work hard that see long term results.

WHAT an incredible story...

This is Rachael

We have been working together for some time now🙌🏽

Racheal started on my 12 week nutrition course and then stayed on for one-to-one coaching.

Here are just some of the things I helped her with

⚡️Binge eating on the weekends then feeling guilty and ashamed leading to all your nothing mentality, I helped Racheal learn that she can enjoy socialising, eating and drinking on weekends and still achieve her goals

WHAT an incredible story...

I’ve been working with Kath for 12 weeks...

Kath wanted to lose “that elusive half a stone”

Tbh there’s no better way to describe her journey than to let Kath use her own worlds…

“I have tried to lose that elusive half a stone for a few years now and even though I feel I have a good background to understand what I needed to do I just did not get any success.

I found the course gave me the skills to change some behaviours, then gave the detailed information on why these changes help, plus Simon’s upbeat support and encouragement along with lots of practical suggestions.

I am pleased to report I have now lost 10lbs and feel so much healthier, happier and in control of my weight. I would highly recommend working with Simon to achieve any weight loss and fitness goals.
