Our customer wanted a top hung casement window on friction hinges but with the look of a tradional style box frame window.

To create such small tradional profile glazing bars but with all the modern energy efficient double glazing we had to use 'heritage style' low sight line glass.

It's finished off with a 'monkey tail' stay.

Here's a bespoke Tulip bathroom sink vanity unit ready for painting.

It has traditional shaker style doors with moisture resistant MDF panels, adjustable shelving inside and a curved Iroko worktop.

Throw back to 2 years ago when we produced these bespoke traditional sliding lead weight box frame windows for Okehampton arcade on the High Street!

Fitted with 16mm DGU, energy efficient double glazing.

Here's a bespoke hardwood curved window to match the existing grade listed window.

We supplied and fitted traditional monkey tail ironmongery.

Here's an Oak staircase with winder treads at the bottom we have recently manufactured with the surroundings ready to be plastered and decorated.

We supplied 10mm toughened and polished edge glass which we made templates for. A groove to accommodate the LED strip lights was added into the handrail and baserail to create a striking contemporary look.

Here's a prime european oak Bi-fold door set we recently manufactured.

It has the track in the top so the flooring can run through so no need for a threshold.

Here's 1 of 3 angled windows we created recently.

It has 24mm satin finish, energy efficient DGU.

Espagnolette locking system, easy clean friction hinges and a cranked satin finish lockable handle for extra security.

Trickle vents in the head to allow for ventilation.

4 curved traditional style hardwood box frame windows we designed, manufactured and fitted over in Combe Martin in the last couple of days.

We used templates to replicate and follow the curve of the brickwork and we changed the original design idea so we could emphasise the curve of the brickwork into the windows.

It originally had 4mm single glazing, now there's 16mm toughened, energy efficient double glazing.

Plus a primed Accoya front door to match the original design with solid Accoya panels fitted into the existing door frame

Here's a recent stair refurb!

We've removed the bottom square winders and replaced it with curved winders.

Here's a couple of bespoke hand crafted Accoya units we made for Hennock Church near Newton Abbott.

One is a custom made kitchen servery with a fold out oak worktop and hinged lid to cover the sink, the other is a pair of wardrobes.

All with tradional accoya shaker style doors and finished with T & G boards

It was a delight to liaise with Richard Hardy and design and manufacture these items for him and the church.

Whilst I was doing some paperwork a random person came into our workshop and gave us this sign reclaimed from an old vintage saw with our name hand painted on it!
