Team completed The Yorkshire Marathon for Andys Man Club.
Awesome day and everyone smashed it!!!!

It was Andy D's final training run today!! A few miles around Farsley and now it is time to rest those legs so they are primed and ready to go on Sunday!
Team has absolutely smashed their fundraising target but there is still time to donate, if you so wish!

Quite a few of team headed out last night, and luckily missed the rain!!! Andy H and Lucy ran around Pudsey, where one of Andys Man Club groups are based, and Andy D ran around Farsley/Stanningley. Please give them a shout out if you see them, as they are training in their The Yorkshire Marathon race day vests!!!

Over the last few days Andy D has done a couple of individual training runs. On Saturday he did a 5km route and tonight another run, which was over 5km. Consistency is key!!!

We were very lucky to have our running vests designed and made just for us!! It was very important for the whole team that the Andys Man Club message was clearly visible, to help raise awareness.
Plus we had to have the vests in the colours of Leeds Utd, Steve's lifelong team!!!
Thank you to ERDINGER Alkoholfrei for the donation of the vests, these will be seen by thousands of runners and spectators alike as we take on The Yorkshire Marathon on the 15th October 2023!!
