The fact is that leads and enquiries have a half life. So you and your team need to be ready for action and respond quickly.

Here are some eye watering stats for you:

Calling a lead within 10 minutes of their form submission or voicemail you are 92% likely to get hold of them.

Leave it for just 30 minutes and that drops to 65%

Waiting for 2 hours (not unreasonable you might think) and it down to just 39%

Imagine if you leave it a day or even a week.... Scary!

How Many Pillars

🏛️ I often think of a business's income as the roof of the Parthenon, supported by pillars. The more pillars you have, the more secure the roof is. 🧱 But if you only have one or two pillars, your revenue can tumble if anything happens to them. 💸
👉 To ensure a consistent flow of leads and applicants, you need to have well into double figures on your pillar count. This way, even if one or more pillars fail, your business can remain resilient. 🤝
