How we crumble in our house 🤤 For the fruit I washed & chopped my rhubarb into chunks placed them in a small roasting dish, added a small amount of water & then some brown sugar. I put them in the oven at 150 for around 20 minutes, transferred to the dish & set aside whilst I made the crumble topping. For the crumble I used : 1 cup plain flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 5 large tablespoons of butter - slightly melted. Mix all dry ingredients together with a fork , add butter in stages and mix with the fork - its really important to not over mix! Once it has formed a crumble texture place in the fridge - I did this for around 30minutes. Remove from fridge and break up with the fork, top your fruit and place in the oven - I put mine in at 170 for 30 minutes.
