I still have a few spaces left on the chocolate truffle workshop on 30th April in saltwood hythe. It's £25 per person. Contact me for more details or to book your space.

Have you always wanted to learn how to make chocolate truffles and learn the basics of tempering chocolate. I am holding a chocolate truffle making course at Saltwood Village Hall on 30th April. You will learn
-how to make a basic cream chocolate ganache and how to infuse flavour into your ganache
-How to roll, pipe and decorate your truffles
-How to temper chocolate and then enrobe, dip and roll your truffles and how to use dipping forks.
-How to decorate your chocolates using edible decorations and chocolate transfer sheets.

The class will last around 2 1/2 hours and is £25 a person. Children over 10 are welcome providing there is an adult present with them.

I (Cocoa Belle) will be holding chocolate truffle making workshops in Deal, Whitstable and Folkestone in November. This will be a 2 1/2 hrs class showing you how to make chocolate truffles in a variety of flavours as well as showing you how to decorate them.
You can then use the techniques and idea you have learnt in the class to make your own truffles -perhaps as gifts for xmas.
