The FRT is a combination of relaxation techniques drawn from reflexology. It is designed to empower those who support children and adults to deliver a short repetitive relaxation routine that can be undertaken at a time convenient for you. This Workshop will give you the tools and knowledge, to be able to deliver this hand or foot reflex therapy routine which may encourage the release of those happy chemicals throughout the body which in turn may: * induce relaxation * help improve mood * reduce anxiety *support wellbeing * encourage the receiver to be more receptive * encourage social interaction * have a positive effect on the issues that affect individuals and people around them in many areas of their everyday lives.

Workshops for parents, carers & family members supporting children & adults with:- High levels of Anxiety & stress, Special Educational Needs & Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders & complex needs, Mental Health conditions, Alzheimer's & Dementia.

Next workshop will be held at the Beacon Plus Community Cafe which is based in Folkestone on Tuesday 16th April at 10am to 12.30pm. They have a lovely cafe serving delicious food so you could even grab yourself some lunch after your workshop. 🙂

Hi all... I just wondered if anyone could suggest a good card payment machine? I don't have a huge turnover, but will need a card machine to start taking card payments soon.. so any suggestions would be really helpful. Thank you
