Strength... Here we are working on the Hinge movement pattern... Starting from kettlebell... And moving to deadlift...and then heavier deadlift... I sprinkled in some other conditioning work in his program (😅 he loved it, I'm sure 😂)... Just to get his overall fitness up... So it's not just about physical change!
