🍁🍁HAPPY FIRST OF SEPTEMBER! 🍁🍁

We are set for a very busy September as we delve deep into class work and start to prepare for some festive performances!

What else is happening at SODA?

- Halloween events
- Wizard school
- Competition prep
- Filming for some kids
- Panto rehearsals
- Fundraising events
- New pop up workshops!
- Buiding lots of new skills of course!

Last week we had a variety of fun things happening at our SODA classes!

⭐️Our younger actors explored an exciting pirate theme!

⭐️We rehearsed for many exciting events!

⭐️We learnt new songs from Shrek and Lion King!

⭐️We explored Phyiscal Theatre!

⭐️We performed live at an event!

⭐️Our kids had an exciting casting!

⭐️3 kids booked a TV job!

All the while having lots of fun and learning new skills.

We are so EXCITED to be working with Castlemilk Youth Complex running the youth Theate! All teens welcome!

Our youth theatre group has moved to a new time. Now every Monday 5pm -7.30pm. New members are welcome to join. Free Entry. In partnership with Studio One Dramatic Arts.

SODA SATURDAYS!

Grown ups, what would you do with two hours to yourself?! Coffee? Long walk? Gym?

Drop the kids off at theatre school where they will spend thier time being active, learning. Creating, building confidence and making friends!

Tonight we have our THURSDAY THEATRE classes in Cambuslang!

The Thursday theatre kids are hard core SODA SUPERSTARS! The originals and they are all AMAZING!

A big well done to these amazing kids who performed brilliantly at the Food Solidarity ‘soup’erheros summer festival today at the Castlemilk Youth Complex!

It was an honour to be part of such a fantastic day! We loved performing, we also enjoyed the delicious food, the activities and the amazing dance session!

RESILLIENCE

Classes, shows and varied opportunities promote resilience in our children!

We are in awe of our kids at times!

COURAGE

Kids at our classes have COURAGE.

It takes ALOT of nerve to get up in front of your peers and act, sing and perform!

We are always so proud of our SODA superstars!

A HUGE well done to these two fabulous girls who starred in a summer panto!

Their mum was very proud of them and how confident they were and we are also very proud of them both! We wish we were there to see them shine!

CATS THE MUSICAL

The kids LOVED exploring all things CATS today! From Cat themed games, character creation, cool choreo, crazy lyrics and even some cat face paint!

My highlight was hearing all of the stories from the kids about cats they know, such interesting facts and observations!
