Our Student President of Learning & Teaching, Chantell has been at Hampden Park for the College Lead & Change training, delivered by NUS Scotland.

She has been meeting other sabbatical officers from across Scotland's Colleges.

We want to share our congratulations to John Grady and Maureen Burke on your election as MPs in the Glasgow East and Glasgow North East respectively.

We also want to wish the very best to Anne McLaughlin and David Linden, you have both served your community with pride.

Inviting all staff and GKC students to join in some of the exciting events happening across all 3 Campuses next week to support sustainable behaviours.

📌Want some retail experience for your CV? Why not volunteer at The Bethany Shops? 😊

👉"The Bethany shops play a vital role in our mission of ending homelessness. In order for the shops to be welcoming and efficient retail environments, we require volunteers to assist with day to day tasks."

📍WHERE? - The location of this role depends on both the capacity of each shop and the preference of the volunteer.

⏰WHEN? - The times at which individuals can volunteer varies. Our shops are open Monday to Saturday, from around 9:30 to around 17:00, though this changes depending on the shop.

"We ask that volunteers do not volunteer more than 16 hours a week, and on a maximum of four days a week."
