3 years of BBB

it feels like a fever dream I honestly can’t be believe it’s been three years since I started this little business in my parents kitchen 👩🏼‍🍳

it’s been a blast, chaos & a complete whirlwind but I’m forever grateful & wouldn’t change it for the world.

I appreciate small businesses to another degree now that I have my own. It’s often I take a moment and appreciate that it’s took a lot of people, love, determination & guts to get here. I just want this to be a gentle reminder to shop local & small. it means so much to us small business owners, a share/like/follow/recommendation/order/review means a whole lot more to the person from ur hometown doing it all than the ceo of Tesco or Molly Mae or the Kardashians.

I remember my first customers picking up the OG box from Johnstone Coffee Co, my boss at the time allowing me to use his cafe to bake in the evenings, my first stockist asking to supply their cafe, the first couple in the queue at my debut pop up, the friends that stood by me at said pop up (you’s know who you are), my first employee (mum), the first delivery in the BBB van, the first newspaper article, the feeling when we sold out weeks in advance, the pride when we baked over 1500 cookies in my parents kitchen in our biggest cake, the imposter syndrome when I was able to give up my job and go full time.

I simply can’t put into words how immensely grateful I am for the support and love from not only my stockists & customers but also from the BBB followers and my friends & family.

on a personal note BBB has allowed me to live such a great life and finally feel like I have a control on my mental health. And that’s the greatest blessing.

ideally the perfect candidate will have experience in baking, cake decorating & working FOH in hospitality industry however they are not essential.

he/she/they must:
be able stand for long periods of time.
Able to follow verbal & written instruction.
have good attention to detail, organisational & time management skills.
high standard of cleanliness.

A drivers licence and barista skills would be a bonus.

hours will vary depending on candidate and business needs.
monday-friday 8.30-2.30pm
Govan - Pacific Quay.

Bfast/lunch/coffee/tea etc included on shift.

all bank holidays off & two weeks at Christmas.
