Active Glasgow East CSH Mount Vernon Bowling Club Mount Vernon Community Hall Mount Vernon Tennis Club, Ceann Creige Hurling and Camogie Club, Mount Vernon Cycling Group gave the community and wider community the opportunity to have a try at new sports. Also thank you to the girls at who worked away checking and making safe all of the bikes.

Come along to our Community Fun Day next Saturday! You can join in with many of our local sports clubs including Mount Vernon Bowling ClubMount Vernon Tennis Club Glasgow East Juniors RFC 2019 , Mount Vernon Cycling Group and Ceann Creige Hurling and Camogie Club.

We’ll also have a selection of stalls, fun and games, a bouncy castle and the Fire Brigade so there’s definitely something for everyone!

It's Sunday Y'all🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️ it's been a bit of a wet & wild week 🌬💨🌊☔️ but that's not gonna stop our Sunday Training‼️

12pm 🕛 Barrachnie Park, all boys & girls age Pr. 1 & above are welcome along to have a go 😊

water bottles/drinks are a must! safety & hydrated are a priority 🚰The Pavillion is still out of bounds so please be "refreshed" before arrival 🚻

we're recommending t-shirts & shorts/trackies for those who don't have their strips yet 😊 (orders can be made with us, just ask at registration or send us a message on WhatsApp) Also recommending an old towel for the kids & umbrellas for the adults, just incase it's muddy or rains🌧⛈️🌦☔️

Covid is still lurking about & doing the rounds - if you have any symptoms, have been around anyone who has tested positive or have a positive LFT yourself, please stay home & respect the health, safety & wellbeing of our little group.

Our teams Covid restrictions, although greatly reduced, are still in place so please be aware & safe ❤ we are practising strict hand hygiene👋🧴before, during & after the practice's so please remind the kids to get a skoosh from the bottles on the table! Thank You 😊

Thank you to everyone who came along to Mount Vernon Community Halls Easter Event at the weekend and met with Mount Vernon Cycling Group who lent out e-bikes, e-cargo and fun to go side by side cycling bike for everyone to try. New members welcome to the opening day this Saturday

Sun is out, greens are looking good and preparations are well underway way for opening day on the 9th of April. Please remember fees are now due and you have until next Saturday the 26th of March to pay them. Details should have been sent out to all members on how to pay them at the club or through bank transfer. Here's hoping the weather is as nice in just under 3 weeks time!

Easter Camp now open for booking for members only until Sunday 27th March. After that any remaining spaces will be offered to non members.

Non members welcome to come along to our tots sessions during the first week of the Easter holidays 😊
