Went from being a bomb, caused by a badly fitted shower tray which was cracked, toilet leaking & damaged bath waste pipe to a little tidy up replacing the shower tray, enclosure, sub-floor, floor covering & bath panel.
That vynl though… supplied by Glasgow Flooring & Furnishings - Whitefield Rd beautiful 😍

Repairing loosened tiles- Well that’s what we were initially asked to look at. We found a cracked leaking shower tray & the other side of the bathroom cracked waste pipe under the bath caused by soldering when a radiator was fitted many moons ago. Full rip out to replace the floor, repair pipe work & replace shower tray with a new enclosure. Costly repairs that could have been avoided.
Kudos to the patience of the clients here
