It's with great sadness that we've heard of the passing of Walter Ritchie . He was an inspirational businessman and a great customer to us over the years.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Walter Jarvie Ritchie, founder, and owner of Ritchies Training Centre.

Today, we mourn the loss of a true pioneer and leader who touched the lives of many.

Walter's journey has been one of remarkable dedication, vision, and passion for the Road Haulage Industry & Construction Industry alike.

Walter's legacy extends far beyond the business realm. He was not only a mentor and inspiration to many within our company but also a beloved figure in our community. His kindness, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to excellence have left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Dad's entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of his life and work. He built Ritchies Training Centre from the ground up, transforming it into a thriving business that remains a testament to his vision and hard work.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dad was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather mentor, and friend. His guidance, wisdom, and unconditional support have shaped us into the men we are today. We will forever cherish the memories we shared and the lessons he imparted.

As we mourn Dad's passing, we take comfort in knowing that his legacy will live on through the continued success of Ritchies. His values will continue to inspire and guide us as we honour his memory and carry forward his vision as we navigate the road ahead.
