One of my all time favourite glute exercises ever - the cable kick back! 🍑🍑🍑 This is a great addition to your leg workout programme. I like to add this in as a glute activation warm up and sometimes finish my workout with a set also. 🔹Choose a weight which allows full extension of your hip and knee joint 🔹Ensure your upper body is steady and avoid arching your back too much! 🔹The movement should be a kicking motion if you want to fully activate your glutes 🔹Aim to start with 3 sets of 15 and progress your weight each time! You should really feel this one in the muscle! I am super proud to be able to manage pullups again after struggling with a niggling shoulder injury. ☠ Having goals other than weight loss are extremely important in order to stay the course. If you only go to the gym to look a certain way you will find it harder to remain dedicated longterm. Been messing about with some video content for my new members only page and thought I'd give them a go. Pullups are something I have always struggled with as I carry most of my weight (and strength in my legs) Stay tuned for my new members only page for nutrition clients and customers * I know my form isn't great but I have various mobility issues around my shoulders and upper back*

Struggling for ideas to train your abs? Try this routine at home or in the gym. All you need is a swiss ball and a bosu (if you have one - if not it can be done on the floor). Try a circuit of each exercise for 12-15 reps. Repeat 3-5 times. Concentrate on each rep focussing on contracting your core. Try and ignore the ridiculous background music choice!

TRX Finisher! This was after a tough upper body workout so excuse the shaky arms! Push ups Inverted rows (these can help pull up strength) Ab twists 5 rounds of 20 reps each with no rest! Add in at the end of a chest / back session! Eat ice cream for some post workout carbs! (Kidding) not really. Give it a shot!

SHAKE IT OFF PANCAKES! Who doesn't love pancakes at the weekend?! Try this quick and easy recipe for a healthy version- sprinkles optional Ingredients - 2 small bananas - 3 egg whites - 1 teaspoon of stevia - 1 scoop of vanilla protein - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract - 1 packet of microwave oats -Blend all with an immersion blender and fry as individual pancakes ( I got 4) -Add sprinkles if you're inner child demands it -Enjoy!

I love this exercise! Cable glute kickbacks! I do this as a finisher on a big leg session as it really targets the glutes when done properly. Use a weight light enough for a full range of motion. Add in at the end with 5 sets of 12 reps. Enjoy! #burgerbuttsaturdays
