Cancellation policy update

Due to the difficulty of filling appointments at short notice, I’ve decided to make a change to my cancellation policy.

48hrs notice is now required for any appointment cancellations or swaps. This period of notice will enable sufficient time to advertise and fill the cancellation slot. Any cancellations after 48hrs will require a 50% fee, payable via bank transfer. If appointments are cancelled on the same day, this will require a full payment of the service you are booked in for. If for any reason you don’t attend your appointment, this will also require full payment. If payment is not made, no further bookings can be made, until outstanding payment has been cleared.

Deposits are now required 48hrs before your booking. Deposit messages will be issued 3-7 days before your appointment to provide sufficient notice.
If a deposit has not been made, your appointment will not be secured and can be given away to another client. Once a deposit has been sent, please reply to your message to confirm payment and appointment.

What’s the difference between henna & regular tint?⬇️

The skin staining from regular brow tint (if any at all) will fade within 1-3 days, with the tint on the hairs lasting up to 2-3 weeks. With henna brows, you’re looking at up to 1 week for the skin stain, and up to 6 weeks for the staining on the hairs!
