Aovo pro in for repair E2 throttle issue. Replaced the throttle but found corrosion on the display so cleaned that all off.

A customer's electric bike modified by me.

Originally 36v 250w restricted at 15.5mph

Single speed conversion

Modified to 48v 1500w 45a

15ah 48v battery 45a 21700 cells

upto 40mph depending on rider.

Another scooter in for repair with broken nickel strip on the battery, it's even burnt where it's been shorting. Fixed and reinforced. Scooter back up and running again

Scooter in with water damage.
Lots of corrosion cleaned off solder points refreshed. Battery repaired with new bms and 10 new cells.
Scooter fully working again

Scooter in with no power battery tested to be at fault. Fixed battery scooter back up and running.

Another scooter in for motor repair. Customer came in with wire broken at the axle. So i snipped and rewired the wire scooter now back up and running as it should.

Thankyou Ben for my Troopbasher external battery, so chuffed with what you have done to my scooter, and fair play to using your scooter as trial to make sure it all works first 😂....

Another battery built. This one being a 10s4p battery 8800mah for a xiaomi pro 2. This will take less strain off original battery whilst also giving it an extra 70% range

10s5p battery fully built and fitted to my xiaomi 1s. It's range has now doubled.
