They will be available to collect on Saturday. Set box with 5 pieces in, a Father’s Day topper and gift wrapped, £20 per box.

Some exciting news… we have been approved by the council for a street traders licence in collaboration with Golborne Parkside Rugby Club!

So for a 3 month trial we will be at Parkside as regular as we can at weekends to hold a stall in our Lottie 🥳🥳

Anyone can come down and say hi and grab some cake and we cannot wait to see you all ❤️

This Sunday will be our first one.. more details in the week but we’re beyond excited!!!

So as you know yesterday, I posted about some mid week Easter egg cheesecakes…

I got eggs to make 16.. has anyone actually tried to break these bad boys in 2 without them cracking and falling apart 🤣 they’re honestly the biggest pain in the butt!!

I’ve wasted ingredients and time trying to do them.. so unfortunately I don’t have as many as I’d hoped!!! This is a bit of a reality of the baking world… sometimes it doesn’t always go to plan and I’ll be honest they’re not going to be something I’ll be offering again. I will have barely made my ingredients costs back from this 😔

These are first come first serve upon commenting on this post.

The eggs are £6 each and the pots are £4.

These will only be available to collect after 7.15pm this evening. Sorry it’s late but I’ve got bits on this afternoon.

I will also release my Easter treat box menu at the end of the week, they’re going to be eggcellent I promise.. but they aren’t going to contain cheesecake Easter eggs 🤣
