This year we went for a kinder/beuno theme for her 14th birthday!
Milk and white chocolate chips within the cookie decorated with white choc and Nutella ganache and kinder and mini beunos! Yummy!

Maddie LOVES musical theatre so we had to incorporate as many shows as possible!
3 layers of 6in chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream and covered in black fondant icing. Edible drapes in red fondant with cardstock tragedy and comedy masks and a spectacular keepsake card topper with working spotlights!!
Oh and we just 'had' to add a little penguin in there somewhere too!!

A very simple 6in vanilla sponge filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream and 6 carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting
I had the pleasure of making another golden wedding anniversary cake and it was another whopping boozy fruit cake!
This one is 12in square, covered in golden marzipan and white fondant icing with the '50' created in lots of little hand made sugar flowers in gold and white.

Chocolate overload!
3 layers of 6in chocolate sponge filled and covered with chocolate buttercream and Cadbury drip, loaded with Cadbury dairy milk, buttons and twirls.. dusted with gold edible lustre and glitter for Caroline's birthday.
Bluey was made using 4 layers of vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream for Evie's 4th birthday this weekend!
First attempt at a 'standing' cake , some lessons learned for next time, but was fun to make!
8in, 4 layers of rich chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream and covered in chocolate ganache with chocolate flavoured fondant to create this JD barrel.
