🍟 Let’s talk chips 🍟 I charge £2.50 - some may say expensive, others say okay. But hey! Can’t please them all. What the average customer doesn’t realise is what comes with it..

Disregard my time to stand there and cook but also rent per month, electric added ontop. The bag of chips itself..

But did anyone really think about the oil?
£30/£35 for 20kg drum (gives me 2 lots when I change the oil every 1.5 weeks) doesn’t go far does it.
Once cooked they go in a takeaway tray. £30 for a stack of few hundred. Also because I like it to look presentable and cute I put pink greaseproof paper in the trays £9.99 for 100 sheets. Now I haven’t got onto salt, pepper, vinegar, seasonings (you all know I don’t scrimp with the peri peri chip seasoning) 😍

But basically after complaining £2.50 for some chips whilst you’re squirting that REAL HEINZ TOMATO SAUCE all over them.. just sit and think about the bigger picture.

For the past 1.5 years Iv always recycled my used oil into bio-oil.
Unfortunately now the company that does my collection is closing. So I’m now needing someone new, can anyone recommend??
