Monday 24th June is Midsummers Day and was considered magical in Cornwall and Ireland, when there was feasting, fires, songs, and dances. Yesterday, I decided to visit Winkworth Arboretum National Trust in Godalming, Surrey. Rarely have I experienced such heavy continuous rain in the UK. However, learning to be a Forest Bathing+ Guide with The Forest Bathing Institute means I can still find beauty even in a deluge.
