28th October 2020 I decided to sign up for Manchester Marathon.. with absolutely ZERO running experience!

10th October 2021, I completed the Marathon in just over 4 hours๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

Set your goals and stick to them, no matter how big or small those goals might be๐Ÿ”ฅ

Hereโ€™s how to set a goal and make it happen:
