28th October 2020 I decided to sign up for Manchester Marathon.. with absolutely ZERO running experience!
10th October 2021, I completed the Marathon in just over 4 hours๐๐ฝ
Set your goals and stick to them, no matter how big or small those goals might be๐ฅ
Hereโs how to set a goal and make it happen:
1๏ธโฃ Define It Clearly: Be specific and set SMART goals
2๏ธโฃ Break It Down: Turn your big goal into smaller, manageable tasks. Celebrate each milestone!
3๏ธโฃ Stay Consistent: Make a daily or weekly schedule. Consistency is key to progress.
4๏ธโฃ Stay Motivated: Keep your goal visible. Remind yourself why you started and keep pushing forward.
