What a class to teach! Sandra thank you so much for this lovely review! Yoga for strength brings its mental challenges especially when it comes to the ego. I always strived to make certain Yoga shapes & I’ve learnt so much more by feeling my way in to a pose rather than the ego telling me what it should look like!! This class will really allow you to get to know your body & things will start to click in to place for certain postures you just thought were not possible. Our anatomy is all so different so yes there will be certain poses you may never achieve. I have them 🙋🏻♀️ but it’s what I learn about my body and how it grows my self-belief. It allows me to move my body with confidence in a way that nourishes me. I like a challenge but I also know when to let go and just be! Building strength mentally through meditation is so empowering! These classes run every Thursday at 6.15m in studio and online. You will also receive a recording of the class available for 7 days allowing you to watch back and enjoy another practice.

A powerful class that will promote a stronger more empowered you! Yoga is not just about physical strength; it also cultivates mental fortitude. This practice will encourage you to stay present on and off the mat.
Our breathing techniques will ease and enable you to make space in the body, promote mental clarity, focus and relaxation. It will be our power tool throughout our practice helping enable us for some of the more challenging postures, which will be offered with variations. We will focus on what we learn about our own bodies and how it moves rather than the shape we can make. There will be lots of laughs and a few (safe) tumbles when we attempt some peak poses, learning each week about our limitations, honoring them and transforming our physical and mental well-being.
This mental resilience will also translate into other aspects of your life, empowering you to overcome obstacles with grace and determination!
Each class will have a big focus on building up a strong meditation practice. What’s the point of working the outside if you are not taking the care of the inside ❤️

Our pregnancy yoga classes run every Thursday at 7.30pm. Our yoga flows are gentle but strong to build strength in the areas you need it the most to support your pregnancy. We cover off lots of breathing techniques for the birthing process along with lots of other tips and partner tips to help you have the best birth experience possible. We connect, laugh & build a supportive community. All levels are most welcome 🤰
Are you post-natal or beyond we will welcome you with an open heart. Are you still carrying baggage from your birth experience that you need to let go of. Or are you still not feeling back to yourself 💪🏼 Then join us for an hour on Thursday evenings at 6.15pm. We build strength, share stories and let go off the stuff we don’t need. After having two babies myself I know the importance of moving your body in the right way after pregnancy to build strength, the acceptance of your new body shape and having the tools to help you mentally in one of the best but most challenging times of your life!
Babies bring so much joy, along with that our minds can cause doubt about being a ‘good’ mother. Then there is mothers guilt, well don’t even get me started on that! We receive lots of advice from loved ones who wish us well but different opinions can cause a lot of confusion.
This is why it is so important to carve out time for yourself. If you don’t prioritise you then it can cause long lasting effects mentally & physically!
Our Post-Natal yoga classes offer movements to rebuild strength in a safe way that will benefit your body. We work with pranayama and meditation to work on your mental strength, we also look at yoga philosophy that helps us to confidently accept all our decisions but also never to judge others for theirs.
